Marchell Ludy is an author, business coach, and global supply chain executive based in Singapore. Born and raised in West Java, Indonesia, he draws on more than 25 years of experience leading brands, operations, procurement, and transformation programs across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.

Novelist. His debut novel, My Heart for Java, is an Indo-Dutch historical novel about love, family, and colonialism, set across the final decades of the Dutch East Indies, World War II, and Indonesia’s fight for independence. It is forthcoming in 2027. He also writes essays and book reviews exploring leadership, health and fitness, identity, and personal growth.

Business Coach and Podcast Host. Marchell coaches managers and business owners on leadership, career growth, and operational excellence. He hosts the Business and Management Podcast and shares practical lessons on leadership, business, and personal development through YouTube and other social media platforms.

Global Supply Chain Executive. Marchell leads Strategic Sourcing and the PMO portfolio for Global Procurement at Agilent Technologies, where he drives transformation programs that strengthen resilience, unlock value, and future-proof global supply chains. Before Agilent, he spent more than 20 years at Procter & Gamble, rising to Director and helping grow global brands including Pantene, Olay, Oral-B, and Old Spice. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and graduated at the top of his class from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) at age 21.

Off the Clock. Marchell is a committed fitness enthusiast who competes in Hyrox and Spartan Race events. Each year, he also leads the Agilent team in the Race Against Cancer charity run.

Today, Marchell brings together nearly three decades of experience in business and leadership with his interests in writing, coaching, fitness, and continuous learning.
